Some questions and answers


Q. How soon can I rent accommodation?
A. You can often involve housing immediately. Eea course depends on your housing.


Q. For how long can I rent a house?
A. Temporary housing is usually for a period of 6 months or 12 months offered. Sometimes it is possible for the agreement to renew.


Q. Can I cancel my lease intermediate?
A. No, not in principle. You are an agreement for a certain time. What we can do for you is that we can look for a new candidate-tenant which is presented to the landlord. It costs you nothing and it solves your problem.


Q. What would it take you through a house to rent?
A. We charge one months (excluding VAT) agency costs when we have found accommodation that you want to involve. Also please note the landlord to make a deposit (minimum of 1 months rent) and the rent before the lease period to comply.
