Q. How soon can I rent accommodation?
A. You can often involve rentals immediately. Of course it depends on your requirements.
Q. For how long can I rent a house?
A. Temporary housing is usually for a period of 6 months or 12 months offered. Sometimes it is possible for the agreement to renew.
Q. Can I cancel my lease intermediate?
A. No, you are an agreement for a certain time. What we can do for you is that we can look for a new candidate-tenant which is presented to the landlord. It costs you nothing and it solves your problem.
Q. What would it take you through a house to rent?
A. We charge an amount equal to one month of rent (excluding VAT) agency costs when we have found accommodation that you want to involve. Also please note the landlord to make a deposit (minimum of 1 months rent) and the rent before the lease period to comply.
