Subscribe to a house near RELO Wonen costs for both individuals and businesses € 25.00. Allows for 6 months registered with us. When you successfully RELO Wonen mediates in finding suitable accommodation, conciliation, the commission one (1) months rent (exclusive 21% VAT).

Calculation example:
We will find a house with a rental fee of € 700.00 per month, you pay before the rental period:

• landlords usually have one month as a deposit € 700.00;
  the refundable upon completion return to its original state again.
• the rental fee for the period (always before the rental period) a € 700.00;
• a one-time fee amounting to € 700.00 + 21% VAT = € 847.00;
• that means a total of € 2,247.00;

Important to you is that we look inside and outside our portfolio. Your housing wishes should be fulfilled and that we are happy to help. As you know, the usual cost of a house that you pay for finding suitable housing. These costs can be paid to the broker that the housing offer. We find accommodation for you from a different broker than we agree with them and you will not be confronted with unpleasant surprises.

Important for your subscription:

• registration is can be easily and directly through this website;
• to rent a house a gross income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent (or a bond) is required;
  that means you must earn a minimum of € 1750.00 gross for a rental of € 700.00 per month.
• when you want to registrate at our office, you need to make an appointment first (per phone or e-mail).

When you register personally we need:

• a valid identity document;
• recent salary slip / proof of income;
• if you are retired, we ask you a copy of your income. You can think of a copy of your pension, a copy of your state pension or a copy of your bank statement showing your pension is paid;
• when you have insufficient income, you can have a guarantee for your payment. This person should also sign on the lease contract.
  
  Note: If you have no income and / or guarantor, you can not register with us.

For companies, we need the following documents:

• document of Chamber of Commerce (not older than 3 months);
• valid identity of authorized person to sign;
• financial business figures.

During your registration you can expect from us:

• find offers that match your queries;
• making appointments to objects which you want to visit;
• personal guidance during tours;
• search for offers that extend our portfolio;
• contact other agents to find houses that confirm your queries;
• guidance in the development of the lease.

When you rent a house you have to pay the rent and the deposit (usually one month, sometimes two or three months) before you move in. The deposit will be refunded after the house is returned in orignal state to the landlord. Note: additional you have to pay the commission of one month of rent plus 21% VAT.
